You've seen the Big Pink Trucks. We're a performance-driven lawn application company in Bucks County, and we're on track to 5x in the next 24 months. That kind of growth breaks companies that don't have the right people running the field. That's what this job is. We're hiring one person to sit directly under our Field Operations Manager and own the thing the entire company is built on: Lawn treatments applied perfectly. Right product. Right rate. Right coverage. Right timing. Every property, every round, every technician. What This Role Really Is You're the standard. You're in a truck a couple days a week during peak — running aerations, covering routes, keeping your hands on the work. The rest of the time you're behind your team making sure what leaves the shop at 7:00 a.m. comes back done right.

You will:

Own quality control. Ride routes, inspect finished properties, catch the skip or the burn before the customer does. Train technicians. New hires go from hired to solo-route-ready because you got them there. Monday and Thursday trainings are yours. Handle the hard conversations. When a customer is upset, you're the one who shows up at the property, diagnoses it honestly, and fixes it. Most of them stay. Some of them become our best referrals. Run aeration and seeding season. Last week of August through mid-October is our sprint. Equipment, crews, sequencing, quality — you own it. Manage the team. Coach daily. Hold the line on standards. Tell people the truth about their work. Compensation $25-$30/hour depending on experience and licensing, plus performance bonus. Four days, ten hours. That's a real three-day weekend, March through November. The bonus is tied to things you actually control: reservice rate, production completed on time, technician performance, aeration season execution. Hit your numbers and you're paid for it. That's how everyone here gets paid. Where This Goes We are honest about this part: we are hiring a Lawn Application Manager, but we are looking at the person who runs a branch. We're opening new territory. Someone has to run it. We promote on performance, not tenure — and we'd rather it be someone who already knows how we do things than someone we hire off the street. If you crush this role, the path is: Year 1 — Lawn Application Manager. Learn our systems, own the standard, build the bench. Year 2 — Branch Manager. Your own location, your own team, profit sharing , and you run your own show. That's not a carrot we dangle. It's a staffing problem we need solved, and we'd rather solve it from the inside.

What You Need Non-negotiable:

Hands-on aeration experience — you've run the machines, not just scheduled them Pesticide and fertilizer application experience (PA applicator license, or the ability to get one within 90 days) You've managed people before — hired, trained, coached, and had the uncomfortable conversation You're good with customers, especially unhappy ones Valid driver's license and a clean record Physically capable — lift 50 lbs, walk properties, run equipment in the heat What tells us you'll be great here: You get irritated by sloppy work, including your own You'd rather be measured than managed You can correct someone's work without making them feel small You've come up through the truck and you're ready to run the field What Makes Full Circle Different We are a personal development company that happens to do lawn care.
