Are you ready to build your career by joining an award-winning builder of luxury homes? If so, our client is hiring an IT Project Manager.
Position Type:
Contract to Hire Hybrid - Local to PA - 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts 3 years of IT Project Management experience with
SDLC, PMLC
Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies Strong experience managing medium to large complex projects Proficient with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools Strong collaboration, influencing, and listening skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Customer-focused with excellent service skills Local candidates within commuting distance and able to work onsite 3 days per week
Preferences:
PMP or Scrum certification Experience in construction, homebuilding, or related industry Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budget Define project objectives and oversee quality control Manage project scope, costs, and schedule Develop and deliver progress reports and project documentation Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Manage vendor relations and procurements Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members Ensure adherence to corporate and PMO standards Conduct project retrospectives and create recommendations reports Get in
