Your Opportunity + Impact The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will support and advance digital delivery for our transportation sector. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong experience in managing transportation design technology, CAD/BIM standards, Bentley platforms, and highway and bridge project delivery. This role will be part of LDG's Digital Practice team and will serve as a key partner to our transportation design teams. The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will lead digital delivery standards, project technology setup, production support, quality review processes, training, and workflow improvement initiatives. This position requires a practical problem-solver who can balance standards, project needs, technology, client requirements, and team adoption while working collaboratively across offices, disciplines, and partner organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead transportation digital delivery support for highway, bridge, and related infrastructure projects from project initiation through final deliverable submission.
Establish, maintain, document, and implement CAD/BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices in partnership with LDG's Digital Practice team.
Support project teams with CAD/BIM kickoff planning, project execution plans, file/model management procedures, delivery requirements, and project-specific production resources.
Administer and support Bentley ProjectWise environments, including project setup, workspace configuration, folder structure, permissions coordination, and standards compliance.
Provide technical leadership for Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, ProjectWise, and related transportation design applications.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, client representatives, and partner CAD/BIM managers to resolve technical, standards, and delivery-related issues.
Audit transportation projects for compliance with LDG standards, client requirements, digital delivery agency expectations, and production quality standards.
Develop and implement tools, checklists, review procedures, and repeatable workflows that improve production quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Identify, plan, and lead technology and workflow improvement initiatives, including defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, estimated scope, schedule, budget, implementation approach, and measures of success.
Develop and deliver CAD/BIM training, onboarding materials, user support resources, and workflow documentation for transportation team members.
Mentor transportation staff and CAD coordinators in CAD/BIM workflows, digital delivery practices, standards compliance, and effective use of design technology.
Work with IT and Digital Practice leadership to resolve application, workspace, data management, performance, licensing, and project technology issues.
Support software planning, Bentley account management, license usage review, budgeting, and technology adoption related to transportation design applications.
Maintain awareness of transportation design technology, agency requirements, and emerging digital delivery practices, and apply relevant improvements to LDG workflows.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, clients, partners, and stakeholders while managing competing priorities and meeting project and organizational deadlines.
