The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a leadership role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external parties, continually managing several moving project parts simultaneously. Client Service

• Leading project planning meetings
• Coordinating internal resources
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and coworkers
• Managing and signing off on each project's scope of work
• Managing product and funding availability for project commencement
• Schedule project work and resources at least two (2) weeks in advance
• Control overall project spend and utilize cost effective solutions
• Able to determine materials required for jobs
• Overseeing and filing all incoming and outgoing project documentation within ConnectWise
• Make sure that all relevant project data and documentation are properly collected and filed within ConnectWise
• Maintain constant and thorough communication and feedback within the project and company
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including acting on actual events, arrange resources and monitor the progress
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment while overseeing the project work and Team Members' successful completion of the scope of work as they relate to troubleshooting issues Client Service

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

• Prefer 2+ years of project supervision experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Great communication skills to work with clients and coworkers
• A technical degree is preferable

REASONING ABILITY

Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and/or resolve issues

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• NICET, ESA or OSHA certification is a nice to have with other team Managers to ensure effective processes are in place

Pay:
