Lead customer lifecycle management activities, including daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking. Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks. Translate customer requirements such as demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and specifications into actionable internal plans.
