The ideal Technical Program Manager role is a driven professional who excels at managing complex technical programs, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance electronic and interconnect solutions. Responsibilities for the
Technical Program Manager:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables. Lead customer lifecycle management activities, including daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking. Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks. Translate customer requirements such as demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and specifications into actionable internal plans. Track program performance and proactively identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies. Provide regular reporting to leadership and escalate critical issues to maintain project continuity. Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Qualifications for theTechnical Program Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within complex technical environments. Experience within the interconnect, electronics, or high-speed connector industry strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Compensation for theTechnical Program Manager:
