Digital Delivery Specialist who can lead digital delivery efforts, optimize workflows, and support multidisciplinary teams from project kickoff through final closeout. + Lead project-level BIM/VDC and digital delivery efforts from kickoff through project closeout
+ Develop and maintain Digital Delivery Plans (DDPs) alongside project leadership teams
+ Establish and manage project model environments, coordinates, file structures, scales, and standards
+ Support multidisciplinary teams by ensuring digital deliverables align with project goals and milestones
+ Monitor model health, quality, and coordination throughout the design process
+ Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, design reviews, and 3D collaboration sessions
+ Oversee model compilation, milestone submissions, and digital deliverable packages
+ Manage project archiving and closeout procedures
+ Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project teams
+ Mentor Digital Delivery staff and promote BIM best practices
+ Support document management systems, project workflows, and digital infrastructure
+ Collaborate with other digital leaders to improve processes, standards, and efficiencies across the organization What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications 10+ years of experience in BIM modeling, digital design, digital delivery, or model management Strong understanding of building systems and multidisciplinary project coordination Advanced proficiency with BIM, 3D modeling, coordination, and digital delivery platforms Experience managing project models and digital deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle Knowledge of document management systems and digital project workflows Familiarity with BIM standards, industry best practices, specifications, and building codes Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical teams Ability to work independently while supporting and mentoring project teams Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience supporting architectural, structural, or multidisciplinary building projects
+ Technical degree or equivalent professional experience
+ Knowledge of scripting, automation tools, or programming used to improve BIM workflows
+ Experience creating, maintaining, and managing BIM content

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
