By leveraging enterprise-level workflows and specialized marketing tech stacks, you will drive operational excellence and maximize digital performance across a dynamic portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Orchestrate full-lifecycle development for diverse digital ecosystems-including websites, applications, and enterprise campaigns-to deliver high-impact brand solutions on time and within budget.

Establish consultative partnerships with cross-functional creative teams and executive stakeholders to ensure precise alignment with organizational standards, corporate compliance, and strict review workflows. Synthesize technical specifications, functional requirements, and precise estimation metrics to eliminate project ambiguity and optimize resource utilization across high-volume initiatives.

Analyze digital performance metrics, SEO measurements, and front-end technical constraints to continuously elevate the quality, visibility, and user experience of customer-facing touchpoints.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of progressive experience managing complex, high-visibility digital initiatives within a structured agency or regulated corporate environment.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Experience Management (AEM), UI/UX methodologies, HTML constraints, and Veeva systems or comparable material review platforms.

Business Impact:

Proven track record of successfully guiding cross-functional teams through rigorous workflow processes to maximize productivity and achieve precise budgetary adherence.

Education & Core Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive stakeholder engagement.
