Key Responsibilities Lead complex global initiatives across trading platforms and desk-facing systems. Partner with trading, sales, and product leadership to drive program outcomes. Manage execution across matrixed organizations, ensuring alignment and delivery. Articulate complex issues to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. Drive program governance, dependency management, and risk/issue resolution. Qualifications Expertise in trading workflows, market structure, and front-office technology. Proven track record in program management for global initiatives. Experience in stakeholder management within a front-office environment. Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments. Experience with regulatory, risk, or control-driven initiatives.
