Project Coordinator, Information Technology Location:
Radnor, PA (Hybrid)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Day Schedule Compensation:
$86,673.60 - $134,305.60 This hybrid position is based in Radnor, PA, with need for travel to Main Line Health hospitals and outpatient locations as needed. Local residents encouraged! As a Project Coordinator, Information Technology, you will help drive the successful delivery of technology and operational initiatives that support the teams and communities we serve. Working closely with Project Managers, IS Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, monitor timelines, and help remove obstacles to keep projects moving forward. You will serve as a key communication partner across multiple initiatives, ensuring priorities, milestones, and deliverables remain aligned. From supporting Agile or Waterfall project efforts and go-live planning, to coordinating technical walk-throughs and operational readiness activities, you will play an important role in turning ideas into successful solutions. Key Position Details:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, technology, clinical or related discipline strongly desired or equivalent demonstrated experiences
Required Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of recent healthcare /information systems experience, combined experience applicable
Licensures/Certifications:
Current Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional Certification preferred. Prior Experience that

Previous exposure to healthcare IT, information systems, or technical project environments Previous experience coordinating project initiatives, or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Project Management methodologies and go-live support activities Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Interest in growing a career within healthcare technology and strategic project delivery Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 Tools, including but not limited to: Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Use and familiarity in ServiceNow SPM Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with limited or shared resources Comfort in escalating and communicating key project issues, risks, and updates to a variety of stakeholders Facilitation of project meetings, workgroup sessions, and/or operational discussions which drove agenda-based conversations and resulted in documented decisions and timely follow-up on action items
