IT Project Manager Atlas - 1.0 Tarrytown, NY Job Details Contract $75 - $85 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Laboratory information management systems IT project management Research & development Stakeholder management Full Job Description The Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of Research IT initiatives, partnering with scientific, business, and technology stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. The role will manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications across complex cross-functional environments. The Project Manager should have strong experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and iterative delivery. Experience supporting technology initiatives in research, R D, laboratory, data, or life sciences environments is preferred.
Key responsibilities may include:
Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery for Research IT initiatives Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Agile ways of working across project teams Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources Coordinate across scientific, business, IT, vendor, and technical teams Partner with Product Owners and technical leads to support backlog prioritization and release planning Track progress, KPIs, and delivery status and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership Support testing, deployment, change management, and go-live readiness Identify delivery risks early and drive issues through resolution Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reporting Promote continuous improvement and effective collaboration across teams

$75.00 - $85.00 per hour
