This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. A Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution ofplex technology and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and regulatory standards in a highly regulated banking environment. This role requires strong ownership of planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholdermunication while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations to ensure predictable, high-quality oues.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

5+ years of delivery lead or project management experience Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum/SAFe) and experience with Agile tools like Jira Background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process Excellent stakeholder management and executivemunication skills Good technical acumen to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams Strong leadership, problem-solving, financial, and resource management skills Must be proficient with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) This is a hybrid position with a requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite Pay range: $55.15 - $63.15 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
