Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Project Manager to support a fast-paced environment focused on enterprise technology initiatives. This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent IT projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining strong communication across business and technical teams. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days/week. What You'll Do Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously in a matrixed enterprise environment Manage projects through full SDLC lifecycle from initiation through implementation and closure Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifacts Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation Facilitate communication across project stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and vendors Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and project status updates Escalate and manage project issues, risks, and scope changes appropriately Ensure project documentation complies with organizational and audit standards Coordinate meetings, status reporting, and project communications Manage resource assignments and project hours against budgeted expectations Support multiple portfolios including Telephony, Client Association, and Med Advantage initiatives Deliver both written and verbal project updates to leadership and stakeholders What You'll Need 3+ years of IT project management or leadership experience Experience managing projects in enterprise IT environments Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management principles Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage risks, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies effectively Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional teams Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of experience and education #IND1
