Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead complex technology projects that support important business goals. This role is ideal for a strategic, proactive project leader who can bring structure to complex initiatives, manage risks, and work effectively with both technical and business teams. You'll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver projects, solve challenges, communicate progress, and ensure projects create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple complex IT projects and technology initiatives. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Identify risks and resource challenges early and develop mitigation plans. Track project performance and provide clear updates to leadership. Present recommendations, risks, tradeoffs, and solutions to decision-makers. Coordinate project activities from planning through successful delivery. Look for opportunities to improve project delivery through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years supporting IT initiatives; OR 11+ years of related business experience. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects. Strong project planning, organization, leadership, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, risks, and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing large-scale technology programs or portfolios. Experience working with senior executives and business leadership. Experience with AI, automation, or emerging technologies. Experience with enterprise project management methodologies or PMO environments. Experience driving process improvements and measurable business outcomes.
