Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on professional to support cross-functional initiatives and bring structure to complex work. Our team is looking for someone who can translate priorities into actionable plans, create executive-ready materials, and keep work moving with limited day-to-day direction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, action trackers, risks, decisions, and status updates. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, facilitate meetings, and drive follow-up on commitments. Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers; recommend solutions and escalate when appropriate. Create concise, executive-ready presentations, meeting materials, and communications.
Required:
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or operational-improvement work. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous objectives into practical plans and deliverables. Experience interacting effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. Strong PowerPoint, written communication, and presentation-development skills. Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with limited oversight. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
