  • Hybrid / Remote Role Summary The Oracle Fusion Program Manager operates alongside the Business Transformation Office (BTO) leadership structure to drive the overall Oracle Fusion implementation program.
This role provides the connective tissue between the BTO's strategic transformation objectives and the day-to-day execution across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams. The individual owns program governance, cross-track coordination, risk management, and executive reporting, ensuring the program stays on schedule, on budget, and aligned to the organization's transformation goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary program-level point of contact, operating alongside the BTO structure to drive overall program execution and alignment. Develop and maintain the integrated program plan across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path. Facilitate program governance forums (steering committees, status reviews, stage-gate approvals) and drive decisions to closure. Identify, track, and mitigate cross-workstream risks and issues; escalate appropriately to the BTO and executive sponsors. Coordinate resource planning and capacity across functional leads (ERP, SCM, HCM) and technical teams.
Own program-level reporting:
status dashboards, RAID logs, budget tracking, and executive summaries for leadership. Drive alignment between business transformation goals and Oracle Fusion project delivery, ensuring scope stays tied to intended business outcomes. Manage organizational change management (OCM) coordination in partnership with BTO change resources. Oversee testing, training, and cutover readiness at the program level, ensuring each workstream lead delivers according to plan. Support vendor and system integrator management, including scope, timeline, and deliverable accountability. Required Qualifications 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale ERP transformation programs. Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, and/or HCM) implementations at the program or PMO level. Demonstrated experience operating within or alongside a Business Transformation Office (BTO) or equivalent enterprise PMO structure. Strong command of program governance frameworks, RAID management, and stage-gate methodologies. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to steering committees and C-level sponsors. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multi-track Oracle Fusion programs spanning ERP, SCM, and HCM simultaneously. Familiarity with Oracle's OUM or similar implementation methodology. Background in management consulting or systems integration environments. Experience with SaaS quarterly release cycles and their impact on program planning.
