Job Requisition ID #26WD97789We are looking for a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to lead pivotal technical initiatives driving end-to-end execution within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) Organization, with a strong focus on enabling and scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) capabilities.

This role requires a strategic operator with deep program management expertise and a proven track record delivering GTM-driven initiatives-including product launches, growth programs, customer acquisition, monetization, and lifecycle engagement. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and GTM stakeholders to drive seamless execution from concept to market impact.

You will be accountable for delivering complex technical programs end-to-end-owning planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder alignment-ensuring outcomes directly support business growth, customer experience, and revenue objectives. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence and align teams across both GTM and technology organizations.

This role can be US remote, but would require occasional travel to San Francisco and ability to work with PST timezone.

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of GTM-driven technical programs, including product launches, growth initiatives, and post-launch optimizationDevelop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple technical and GTM teams, ensuring visibility into status, dependencies, and outcomesPartner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering to align technology delivery with GTM strategies and business goals Drive clarity on outcomes, deliverables, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies across GTM and platform teamsEnable successful product launches and releases, including readiness across systems, operations, and customer experienceCollaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex technical concepts and drive data-informed decisions impacting acquisition, conversion, and retentionIdentify risks and proactively mitigate issues that could impact launch timelines, customer experience, or revenue goalsLead cross-functional alignment, removing blockers and ensuring execution across globally distributed teamsSupport roadmap planning and prioritization aligned with GTM calendars, campaigns, and business prioritiesManage day-to-day program execution, including communication, stakeholder updates, and milestone trackingOrganize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and launch readiness activities to ensure high-quality releasesDrive post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement based on performance metrics and customer feedbackCommunicate program progress and outcomes across all levels, including senior leadership, with a focus on business impactMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product ManagerProven experience delivering GTM-aligned programs, including product launches, growth initiatives, or customer-facing platformsStrong experience working across business and technical teams on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments using Agile methodologiesSolid technical background with strong problem-solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to translate technical execution into business and customer impactExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiencesStrong operational mindset with a focus on scalability and execution excellenceExperience with tools such as Confluence, Airtable, Jira, Asana, MURAL, LucidchartPreferred QualificationsExperience driving end-to-end GTM motions (launch planning, readiness, execution, and post-launch optimization)Familiarity with growth funnels, experimentation (A/B testing), customer journeys, and lifecycle engagement strategiesExperience partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Legal on GTM initiatives across global teamsAbility to create visibility across multiple programs spanning sprints, quarters, and release cyclesStrong track record of facilitating roadmap prioritization across competing initiatives with GTM impactExperience in platforms supporting commerce, subscriptions, pricing, or customer acquisition and retentionLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! //benefits.autodesk.com/Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $124,000 and $222,640. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
