This role will step directly into active programs, partnering closely with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution. This position is well‑suited for a Program Manager with a technical or engineering background who has transitioned into program leadership and enjoys balancing people management, delivery execution, and stakeholder communication in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage systems and software programs from execution through delivery Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders Oversee program scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery risks Manage and support consultants, including onboarding, performance feedback, and ongoing engagement Coordinate work across onsite and remote teams Facilitate program reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications Identify risks and issues early, driving resolution to keep programs on track Partner with internal teams on staffing, continuity, and delivery alignment This role is delivery‑ and people‑focused, requiring strong communication, ownership, and comfort operating in a client‑facing environment. Experience Required 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management Background in systems, software, engineering, or technical environments Experience managing client‑facing programs in enterprise or professional services settings Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Experience coordinating teams across onsite and remote locations Comfortable working in industrial or enterprise environments Preferred Experience supporting large enterprise or industrial clients Engineering degree or formal technical education (including those who transitioned from engineering into program management) SaaS, systems, or embedded software program experience PMP or equivalent project management certification

Pay:

Up to $120,000.00 per year
