Remote Job Summary:
We are recruiting for an opportunity that calls for strong project leadership within revenue cycle applications. Our team is seeking a professional who can guide planning, communication, execution, and coordination across discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation within revenue cycle applications. Develop project plans, drive milestones, and help ensure scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met. Coordinate communication with project teams and key stakeholders while providing day-to-day direction to resources. Support change management, documentation, status reporting, budgeting, and cross-team workstream coordination.
Required:
Strong Epic Revenue Cycle integration experience. 5-10 years of PM experience required. Experience supporting facility integration. Understanding of the full revenue cycle from front end to back end, including both ambulatory and acute workflows. Experience with patient backload, charge testing and validation, discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation. Ability to coordinate across teams and keep revenue cycle workstreams moving. Bachelor's degree required.
