• 5m Expert-level experience with project management and business intelligence tools (expert-level Atlassian suite capabilities required; working knowledge of AI-enabled project management tools and techniques required; intermediate+ level experience with Kantata and Monday are strong pluses) Must demonstrate complex problem-solving, interest-identification, and conflict management skills Working knowledge of organizational design and change management principles Clear and professional written•and verbal•communications BSc/MSc diploma in Business or Computer Science or equivalent professional experience Occasional overnight travel is required This position can be conducted primarily remotely, with New York State residency required.

The Project Manager is responsible for project outcomes and mentors the technical team accordingly, but will have no formal direct reports. Long-term reporting structure and responsibilities will be tailored to the successful candidate's training and capabilities.
