Summary Manage research programs in immersive media, imaging technology, and entertainment within Reality Labs Entertainment. Serve as the bridge between research teams and external-facing outputs, including research-adjacent projects, papers, and open-content initiatives. Manage multi-format production data including stereoscopic and volumetric media assets. Coordinate data governance, storage, egress, tiered-access workflows, budgets, policies, and redundancy. Partner cross-functionally with Research, Legal, Policy, Operations, and Media Production teams. Build relationships with external organizations, open-content initiatives, standards bodies, and potential partners. Must-Have Skills Research Program Management — 5+ years Imaging / Immersive Media Research Organization Experience Cross-Functional Program Leadership Stereoscopic & Volumetric Media Media Production Technology Data Governance / Tiered Access Research Publication / External Release Processes Technical & Creative Stakeholder Management Strategic Communication Nice-to-Have Skills Reality Labs Experience VR / XR Technology Entertainment / Hollywood Production Public-Facing Content PublishingIAM / SSO
