The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP PS integration with FI/CO , along with the ability to manage test planning, execution, defect management, coordination with functional and technical teams, and overall testing governance across complex SAP environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP testing activities across FI, CO, and PS modules Define and manage test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and execution schedules Coordinate functional, integration, regression, UAT, and data validation testing Validate SAP PS integration with FI/CO and related business processes Manage defect lifecycle, prioritization, resolution tracking, and reporting Work closely with functional consultants, developers, business teams, and project stakeholders Provide testing status, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to project leadership Ensure testing readiness and quality standards are met before production deployment Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of SAP testing leadership experience Strong hands-on knowledge of

, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Strong experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) testing and FI/CO integration Experience leading SIT, regression testing, UAT, and end-to-end business process testing Strong understanding of defect management and testing methodologies Experience with tools such as Jira, HP ALM, and/or SAP Solution Manager Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Highly Preferred Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable: SAP carve-out / divestiture projects SAP system split / separation initiatives SAP data migration and validation Large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs
