The Role You arent just a taskmaster; you are a consultant and a bridge between our talented strategy team and our clients. You will manage large-scale web projects from discovery to launch, ensuring every milestone is achieved with quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Oversight:

Own the project lifecycledefining plans, schedules, and work breakdowns while actively managing scope and budgets.

Client Partnership:

Act as the primary point of contact, leading status calls and nurturing long-term relationships to identify growth opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Clear the path for our digital and strategy teams, assigning work and ensuring everyone has the resources to succeed.

Risk Mitigation:

Proactively diagnose risks, deliver difficult news with a solution-oriented mindset, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.

Financial Coordination:
