Job Requirements Denver, CO Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Senior Level Career (10+ yrs experience) $130,000 - $180,000 Job Description Graham Technologies (GTech) is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers' Federal IT Program Managers and lead a portfolio of complex Federal IT initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing multiple concurrent IT projects and programs within a Federal environment, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, managing competing priorities and dependencies, and providing senior leadership with clear visibility into portfolio performance, risks, resources, schedules, and outcomes.

Location:

Denver, CO - Hybrid Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for Federal IT Program Managers, providing project leadership, coordination, and executive-level communication. Manage a portfolio of concurrent IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with program priorities, organizational objectives, funding, resources, and technical dependencies. Lead complex Federal IT projects from initiation through implementation, transition, and closeout. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams supporting areas such as applications, systems engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, networking, data, software development, and IT operations. Manage project and portfolio schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables. Establish portfolio-level visibility across projects and identify cross-project risks, resource constraints, schedule conflicts, and dependencies. Support portfolio planning and prioritization by evaluating project requirements, business value, technical considerations, resources, risks, and competing priorities. Execute projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Develop and maintain project and portfolio management artifacts, including charters, project management plans, integrated schedules, roadmaps, risk registers, status reports, dashboards, decision logs, and executive presentations. Monitor project performance and provide leadership with concise reporting on portfolio health, accomplishments, risks, issues, financial status, and upcoming milestones. Ensure projects comply with applicable PMO processes, Federal requirements, security standards, governance processes, and lifecycle requirements. Work effectively within a matrixed organization to coordinate technical resources and maintain accountability across multiple teams. Facilitate project meetings, portfolio reviews, technical discussions, risk reviews, and executive briefings. Identify risks and issues requiring leadership attention and develop appropriate mitigation, escalation, and resolution strategies. Apply strategic thinking, negotiation, conflict management, prioritization, and resource management to maintain successful delivery across the IT portfolio. Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio to develop schedules, reports, presentations, roadmaps, diagrams, dashboards, and other program documentation.

Required Skills:

Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on IT project/program management experience within the Federal Government. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects, programs, or an IT portfolio. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams in areas such as software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems engineering, networking, data, or IT operations. Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. Experience providing project or portfolio status, recommendations, risks, and decision support to senior Government and organizational leadership. Experience working within a matrixed organizational environment where resources may be shared across multiple projects. Experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong experience developing PMO and project-management artifacts and executive-level reporting. Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives and coordinate dependencies across multiple technical workstreams

Clearance:

Active Q clearance or TS/SCI clearance. Certifications /

Tools:

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the ability to attain one within 3 months of the start date. Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio.

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, DoD, Intelligence Community, or other Federal IT organizations. Experience with IT portfolio management, program governance, PMO operations, integrated master scheduling, resource planning, and executive reporting. Experience managing portfolios containing cloud, cybersecurity, application development, infrastructure, systems engineering, modernization, or enterprise IT initiatives. Experience with portfolio prioritization, investment planning, roadmap development, and dependency management. Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise project/portfolio tools. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agile certification, PRINCE2, or other relevant project/program management certification.
