Project Manager to lead execution, alignment, and delivery for a large-scale SAP transformation program on a 1+ year contract. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the program progresses in a structured, disciplined, and well-documented manner while driving timely decisions and key milestones. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive leader with a bias toward action who can translate complex discussions into clear documentation, maintain strong project governance, and actively move internal delivery teams, implementation partners, and client stakeholders toward decisions and execution. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale

transformation program. Drive alignment across program leadership, functional and technical teams, implementation partners, and client stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, governance artifacts, RAID logs, decision logs, status reporting, and executive-level documentation. Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and key milestones proactively. Translate complex discussions into clearly documented decisions, actions, ownership, and next steps. Drive stakeholders toward timely decisions and execution. Coordinate activities across complex, multi-country SAP implementations and rollouts. Support implementation lifecycle activities including planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization. Facilitate communication with stakeholders at all levels, including direct engagement with C-suite and Line-of-Business executives. Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate to the program. Required Skills & Experience 15-20 years of total professional experience, including SAP technical and/or functional work, process consulting, stakeholder management, and project/program delivery. Significant experience as a Senior SAP Project Manager or Program Manager. Proven leadership of multiple large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts. Strong

implementation and global rollout experience. Direct experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations. Experience with both on-premise and cloud SAP environments. Demonstrated experience leading multi-country programs. Strong Project and Program Management experience across Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies. Strong project governance, documentation, risk/issue management, and stakeholder-management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to engage directly with C-suite and senior Line-of-Business executives. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Commercial utility industry experience is highly desirable. Location Requirement - Connecticut Candidates must currently reside in Connecticut. This is a firm requirement. No relocation candidates and no out-of-state candidates proposing to commute, travel, or relocate to Connecticut will be considered.
