Job Description Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage healthcare RCM operations with focus on: Payer collections Patient collections Accounts receivable (AR) follow-up Denials management Payment posting support Aging reduction initiatives Drive operational KPIs including: Collection effectiveness AR days reduction Cash acceleration Denial resolution turnaround Productivity and quality metrics
People Management :
Lead, mentor, and develop managers, team leads, and collections staff across multiple processes or business units. Manage workforce planning, hiring, training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Handle escalation management and support teams in resolving complex operational challenges.
Client Management & Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular governance meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth opportunities. Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution with strong stakeholder communication.
Collections & Healthcare Expertise :
Demonstrate strong understanding of: Commercial and government payers Medicare / Medicaid Insurance claims lifecycle Appeals and denials Patient billing and collections Revenue recovery strategies Analyze collection trends and recommend corrective actions to maximize reimbursements. Support transition and stabilization of new healthcare accounts/processes. Qualifications Bachelors
