Job Description

Technical Program Manager Pay Rate:

$46.17

•$53.35/hour on W2

Contract Length:

12 months

Work Type:

Hybrid

•In-Office required each Thursday at the Beaverton office

Work Schedule:

8:00 AM

•5:00 PM PST | They will need to be flexible with the schedule Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Overview The Technical Program Manager (TPM) assists Engineering Director, Engineering Managers, and Product Management with the program management of key banking and remediation matters. The TPM plays a key role in interfacing between Engineering, Client Services, and client's operations. Internally, they coordinate with our Engineering Managers, product managers, product developers, and other personnel to ensure project deliverables are met. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics. Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives. Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reporting. Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. Experiences  5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment. Skills Strategic Thinking & Execution Agile & Scrum Methodologies Technical Acumen (Cloud, APIs, Data Platforms)

Stakeholder Management & Communication Risk Management & Problem Solving Budgeting & Resource Planning Change Management Data-Driven Decision Making Executive Reporting & Steering Committee Engagement Program & Portfolio Management Microsoft Ecosystem Experience:

Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Office 365 Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.
