Job Description

You will serve as Principal Technical Manager for Sensors and SONAR Systems (Code 15) of Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, RI.
Qualifications:

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
(TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1. National Leadership in USW sensors and SONAR systems: Ability to provide national leadership and authoritative technical direction for comprehensive technical programs in underwater sensors and SONAR systems for submarines, surface ships, surveillance platforms and distributed networked sensor systems, including requirements definition, system development, systems and platform engineering, rapid prototyping, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation (M&S), In-Service engineering/Fleet engagement, and program management. TQ 2. Reputation for
Technical Management of Research, Development, Test, Evaluation and Acquisition Systems:
Skill in technical management providing guidance, risk identification/mitigation assessments, teaming collaborations, and problem resolution for strategies, analyses, policies, security plans, cross department initiatives, or cross-command/organization efforts.
