- Thrive in fast paced environment.
- Need someone who has experience working as a TPM for at least 4 years and can hit the ground running.
- Overall experience 15+ years supporting Software Development, and at least 3-4 years in Digital particularly mobile.
- We support initiatives in the digital engineering group - mobile work is heavy than web.
- Highly accountable (strong sense of ownership) to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management.
- Drive all the work across multiple teams - from estimation to post prod support.
- Self-starter to lead initiatives but work as part of a TPM team understanding expectations.
- TPM coordination is needed across the breadth of PCW teams (large org) - quickly knowing key players (diplomatic, relationship building).
- Work closely with product managers, other TPMs, engineering managers, tech leads and engineers - working across team of teams. ________________________________________ Required Skills Experience
- Experience working as a TPM for at least 4 years.
- Overall experience of 15+ years supporting Software Development.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Digital, particularly mobile. Program & Delivery Management
- Strong sense of ownership to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management.
- Ability to drive work across multiple teams from estimation to post production support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives while working as part of a TPM team.
- Experience coordinating across large organizations and building relationships with key stakeholders.
