Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is a key member of our Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) team, leading complex, large-scale technology projects from planning through delivery. In this role, you'll work across departments and with external partners to implement innovative solutions, ensure project success, and drive meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects (application development, system implementations, integrations) Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, prioritization and execution Partner closely with solutions delivery leader to execute project methodology Definesproject scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, communication plans and status reporting Assist with budgeting and forecasting Manage project constraints for scope, schedule, budget and resources Secure resource commitments and defines team roles Communicate clearly with all stakeholders Liaise between IT, business units, and external vendor partners Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations to support governance structure Apply change management and group facilitation skills Maintain knowledge of key TeamHealth applications and processes Assure all necessary project documentation is created and maintained, as needed for audit and compliance controls Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field 7+ years of recent IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives PMP certification or equivalent certification required Experience delivering IT solutions, application development projects, or enterprise system implementations Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills Experience with SaaS platforms and system integrations preferred Agile certifications preferred Experience in regulated industries, such as healthcare or financial services, preferred Additional experience in technical writing, software development, quality assurance, or business analysis is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet, Visio, and collaboration tools #LI-TA1 Job Benefits Opportunities for career growth and professional development An inclusive culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to belong Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment 401(k) plan with discretionary company match for eligible employees Generous paid time off to support work-life balance for eligible employees Eight paid company holidays each year Company-provided equipment for eligible remote positions Location Hybrid Working Level Full-Time Sr. IT Project Manager | TeamHealth
