-- Serve as the primary Marelli Project Manager for IFS-to-SAP migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, project governance, and delivery commitments.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, resource plans, delivery roadmaps, and governance routines.
- Lead end-to-end SAP project execution across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and transition to support.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, change requests, and quality objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business SMEs, SAP CoE, regional IT, technical teams, third-party vendors, and system integrators.
- Partner with the implementation partner Project Manager to monitor deliverables, dependencies, resources, open issues, and contractual commitments.
- Provide clear project status reporting, executive communications, risk escalation, decision tracking, and steering committee support.
- Support stakeholder engagement, communication, training coordination, business readiness, adoption risk management, and Day-1 operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Marelli IT governance, SOX, security, change control, quality, and enterprise delivery standards.
- Drive project closure, including deliverable completion, stakeholder sign-off, knowledge transfer, hypercare exit, operational handover, and lessons learned.
- Other duties as assigned.
