Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on infrastructure projects. 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports. Experience in both fiber optic network design/deployment (OSP) and data center infrastructure (ISP). Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will serve as a strategy driver and industry expert overseeing all Adds, Moves, and Changes across Google's global data center footprint. You will manage a comprehensive technical portfolio encompassing Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), and New Product Initiatives (NPI). By navigating a complex ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders, you will translate physical network demands into executable building and fiber designs. You will be a versatile leader, equally adept at presenting strategic analyses to executives, discussing technical trade-offs with deployment engineers and contractors, ensuring Google's network infrastructure remains the most reliable and efficient on the planet.
