Introduction:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join their team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking/financial services industry and hold a PMP certification.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements Manage resources and budget effectively to achieve project goals Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager experience PMP certification Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of API, Cloud, AWS/Azure, DevOps, and Kubernetes Preferred Skills:

Experience in the banking/financial services industry Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and decision-making skills
