Job Description

Run the webinars customers actually stay for, from concept generation, promotion, logistics to some camera scenes. Act as the end-to-end Webinar Program Manager for global customer webinars, from campaign alignment through live delivery, on-demand promotion, and lead follow-up. Translate Business Unit priorities and subject expert input into content plans, audience journeys, and measurable program objectives. Prepare speakers and manage rehearsals, run-of-show documents, and production details so every session is ready before it goes live. Write webinar messaging and promotion packages, including registration copy, invitations, reminders, social posts, and post-event emails. Host sessions when the format calls for it, handling speaker introductions, transitions, and audience Q&A, and troubleshoot live issues as they come up. Coordinate campaign setup, lead capture, routing, and on-demand publishing with Campaign Managers, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations. Report on registration, attendance, engagement, and lead quality, then bring leadership clear recommendations and next steps. 4-6 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, digital event production, or marketing programs, owning timelines and status reporting in a large, global, matrixed organization. At least four years coordinating webinars, digital events, or marketing campaigns, and a clear sense of what it takes to get a live session over the line. Provide us with links to webinars you have been involved with. A knack for keeping multiple concurrent projects organized with proven frameworks and governance, even when priorities and timelines shift. Clear communication with everyone from individual subject experts to senior leadership, in writing, in meetings, and in front of an audience. Equal comfort leading from behind the scenes and representing the program on camera. A taste for building templates, SOPs, and playbooks that make recurring programs easier to repeat and scale.
Qualifications:
Webcast and virtual-event platforms such as Brandlive, ON24, Zoom Webinar, or Webex. Microsoft 365 for presentation development and program documentation. Video editing and content production software such as Adobe, TechSmith, or DaVinci (nice to have). Marketing platforms and digital asset management systems used for registration, email campaigns, and surveys. Analytics and reporting tools for tracking registration, attendance, engagement, and lead performance. AI tools for speeding up content development, workflows, and program decisions.
