IT Program Manager

Job Description •This position is contingent upon contract award•SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of a DHS enterprise cybersecurity program providing 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services. This role owns program governance, cost/schedule/performance, stakeholder engagement, and transition/continuous improvement across cyber defense, IR, CTI, engineering, and modernization functions. Responsibilities Direct overall program execution, staffing, performance management, and risk/issue escalation. Serve as the primary interface with CBP/DHS stakeholders, lead governance reviews and briefings. Ensure SLA compliance, reporting accuracy, and on-time, high-quality deliverables. Oversee transition-in/out, continuity of operations, and change management. Maintain compliance with DHS/CBP security, privacy, and policy requirements, coordinate audits and corrective actions. Drive modernization initiatives (automation, Zero Trust visibility, cloud integrations) in partnership with engineering leads.

Qualifications Experience :

7+ years of direct project and program management experience in delivery of information systems or computer network support services.

Education :

bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity. Certifications (Required): PMP and CISSP.

Clearance/Suitability :

Active Top Secret and SCI-eligible. Additional Information Work Environment Work hybrid/on-site as required. Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in CONUS locations. Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
