Job Description
Savvee Inc. is seeking a strategic Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager to support our federal client onsite in Ashburn, VA. The ideal candidate will drive successful program outcomes by aligning people, processes, and priorities to meet mission objectives while serving as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders. This candidate will also bring strong leadership, operational oversight, and executive-level communication skills to ensure effective decision-making, accountability, and continuous performance improvement across a complex portfolio.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leading overall contract execution and serving as the primary interface with Government leadership, including the CO and COR. Managing program planning, staffing, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and delivery of all contract requirements. Directing the implementation of portfolio governance, performance management, and resource allocation processes supporting the client's objectives. Overseeing development of executive briefings, management reports, dashboards, and program deliverables. Leading risk, issue, and dependency management activities across the portfolio. Supporting strategic planning, financial management, acquisition activities, and executive decisionmaking. Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs. Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client. Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a technical field Active PMI PMP certificateMINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Fifteen or more years of program/project management experience leading enterpriselevel programs Ten or more years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects Demonstrated experience implementing datadriven performance management frameworks Must have the ability to obtain the client's Public Trust clearance A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AIassisted tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills A highly motivated selfstarter Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skillsDESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Federal program oversight experience DHS, CBP, or federal civilian agency experience Experience with portfolio governance, financial management, and executive reportingEOE Statement:
