We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise technology and data-driven initiatives within a dynamic and mission-focused environment. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating system releases and operational activities, and ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing technical programs involving application development, data platforms, cloud technologies, and reporting solutions, while serving as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Responsibilities Lead and manage enterprise IT and data-focused programs from planning through execution and operational support Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders Oversee project schedules, milestones, system releases, and operational activities across multiple teams Manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests to ensure successful delivery Collaborate with technical teams supporting Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, and reporting platforms Coordinate system outages, release activities, and production support efforts across organizations Support Agile project management activities including sprint planning, backlog tracking, and status reporting Develop and deliver program briefings, dashboards, reports, and executive-level updates Utilize tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage workflows, documentation, and project activities Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and align technical efforts with business objectives Ensure testing, quality assurance, and operational readiness activities are completed successfully Support cloud-based initiatives and data migration efforts within AWS and related environments Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution Required Qualifications Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph Must be willing and able to work fully on-site Experience managing technical programs or large-scale IT initiatives Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint Experience coordinating system releases, outages, and operational activities across organizations Strong understanding of Oracle and PostgreSQL database environments Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau and Cognos Experience working with APIs and enterprise application integrations Knowledge of AWS environments and services such as RDS and S3 Experience working within Agile project management environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams at all levels Desired Qualifications Experience with AWS Cloud Data Migration Services Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Experience managing incident, change, and work order processes in ServiceNow Experience serving in an Agile Scrum Master or technical program leadership role Familiarity with data governance or policy management platforms such as Immuta Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, analytics environments, or distributed data repositories #CJ Fantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
