This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Position Overview The Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Manager II, Engineering, North America Applications and Systems, located onsite at our global headquarters in Radford, Virginia. This role leads the North America Level 2 Applications Engineering and Systems Engineering team. The position reports functionally through Product Engineering, with a dotted-line relationship to the MCS Global Vice President of Sales because its primary activities are customer-facing. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands-on leader with strong structured problem-solving skills who can balance strategic improvement work with daily support for key customer accounts. Tactically, the Manager l eads immediate technical problem solving leveraging the team , ensuring products meet customer requirements and function as- intended .
Oversee responsibilities that include:
- Coordinating, scheduling and facilitating live training sessions scheduled periodically throughout the year both on-site and off-site.
- C reating and maintaining training content including presentation materials and demo/test units used during the class.
- Designing course work and class syllabus to ensure maximum interest and impact to our customers.
- oriented, self-starting, and proactive.
EMC /EMI
issues including wiring, shielding and grounding practices. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. 10 + years of industrial experience in Industrial Automation in a technical discipline . Minimum 3 years application engineering, systems engineering or design engineering with heavy customer interface required . Management or leadership experience required . Preferred Skills and Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.Expected Base Salary Range:
$100,000- 155,800 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position.
