Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience in AL/ML integration across data platforms.

Responsibilities Lead AI/ML integration (predictive modeling, NLP) and implement technologies like IoT or wearables to transition EHS to proactive hazard mitigation. Design a centralized data warehouse and pipelines to ingest, transform, and consolidate global safety and environmental compliance data into actionable insights. Build analytical features, interactive dashboards, and automated scorecards. Ensure seamless integration between EHS data systems and operations platforms for automated incident-tracking. Manage complex safety analytics projects, partnering closely with operations stakeholders to align on EHS vision and adapt to shifting regulatory needs.
