JD:

We are looking for an early-career Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong Python development background to drive system-level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives. This role focuses on automation, data-driven program management, and cross-functional delivery within firmware/BSP-enabled systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong Python development experience, including building tools, scripts, or automation Hands-on experience with automation, validation workflows, or data analysis Technical program management experience owning planning, execution, and delivery Working knowledge of firmware, BSP-dependent systems, drivers, or OS integration Experience tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and releases Ability to translate technical details into clear program plans and status updates Strong cross-functional communication with engineering, validation, and partner teams. someone with python developer skills who is good at coding and moved to TPM role.
