Job Description
- Partner AI Acceleration by coordinating co-build engagements where PSAs work shoulder-to-shoulder with strategic AWS partners (GSIs, ISVs, MSPs) to launch AI workloads
- AI Agent/Workflow Automation by driving delivery of AI agents that automate AWS partner program workflows at scale You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle — from intake and partner qualification through delivery, launch, and impact measurement.
- Coordinate PSA Pod delivery (1 lead
PSA + 1-2
supporting PSAs) across Strategic AI Partnerships- Manage intake pipeline operations. working with GEO partner teams, COEs, and program leads to source and qualify partner candidates meeting team's engagement bar
- Track revenue signal alignment and performance for all active partner engagements and surface risks to leadership
- Manage team portfolio of AI agent products from development through production launch
- Define program milestones, coordinate dependencies with stakeholder teams, AppSec, and ORR governance teams to ensure agents meet production readiness standards
- Monitor agent performance metrics (auto-approval rates, decision accuracy, processing volume) and drive continuous improvement through data-informed prioritization
- Collaborate across builders, APO Engineering, field teams to remove blockers and reduce execution risks
- Influence roadmap priorities and resource allocation decisions by synthesizing signals from partner engagements, agent metrics, and field feedback
- Write effective narratives (6-pagers, WBRs, status updates) and present to Directors and VPs, driving crisp decisions on program trade-offs and investment priorities
- Establish and maintain program mechanisms including sprint cadences, intake reviews, stakeholder syncs, and delivery retrospectives that keep the portfolio on track About the team We are a builder-first culture.
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience working with or evaluating AI systems
