Supply Chain Operations Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Project Manager to lead and support strategic supply chain initiatives that impact manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and frontline operations. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and drive operational improvements across enterprise systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to proactively manage risks, budgets, and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support supply chain projects impacting manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and frontline operations.
Coordinate activities across business teams, technology teams, and enterprise systems to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives within the supply chain organization.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with •'s business priorities and strategic objectives.
Build strong relationships with U.S.-based stakeholders and communicate effectively across global teams.
Support change management, user adoption, and project transition activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, manufacturing operations, and warehouse management.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, WMS, or related supply chain platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, Prince2, Agile, or related project management certification.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
