Special Education Program Aides assist special education teachers and related service providers in delivering individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities. They support classroom management, student supervision, and implementation of instructional and behavioral plans to help students access the curriculum and meet IEP goals. They work under the direction of special education staff to provide direct student assistance, documentation, and related clerical tasks.
