We are seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for the architecture, development, delivery, and operation of large-scale React Native mobile applications supporting a 3M+ user install base. This is a full-time position based in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities Lead and grow engineers while staying close to the code—shaping architecture, reviewing critical changes, and working directly with the team to solve complex technical and production challenges. Own the technical direction of the mobile platform and help evolve it toward a modern, modular (Superapp-style) architecture that can support multiple products, teams, and customer journeys. Define how React Native and Expo are used end-to-end, including app structure, native integrations, CI/CD, over-the-air updates, observability, performance, and App Store / Google Play delivery. Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform, and engineering leadership to translate business priorities into a mobile platform that can move quickly without sacrificing quality or maintainability. Qualifications Experience leading and growing software engineering teams. Strong expertise in React Native mobile application development. Demonstrated ability to shape and lead technical architecture decisions for large-scale applications. Experience with CI/CD, over-the-air updates, and mobile app deployment processes. Proficiency in code review and technical mentorship.
