Mobile Engineer Location:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional for a critical facilities operations role. Our team values technical expertise and hands-on skills to ensure building systems operate at optimal performance across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs for mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to meet applicable standards at various facilities. Travel between assigned facilities to ensure the functionality and compliance of building systems and equipment. Maintain responsibility for preventative maintenance, inventory control, procurement, and oversight of contracted maintenance activities. Comply with all safety procedures, recognize hazards, and suggest improvements to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years' experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. EPA 608 Type II Certification; candidate must obtain EPA Universal Certification if not already held. Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
