In this field-based role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, ensuring uptime and reliability for a mission-critical client. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, completing work orders, conducting inspections, coordinating vendors, and maintaining documentation. You will uphold safety and compliance standards while contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability goals in a performance-driven, client-focused environment with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across AT&T sites. Respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime for critical building equipment. Conduct routine inspections, monitor system performance, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, testing, and specialized services. Maintain accurate service records, work order documentation, and equipment logs. Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives in line with JLL and client goals. Communicate effectively with clients and site contacts to provide status updates and ensure satisfaction. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. Follow JLL policies, safety procedures, and quality standards across the mobile portfolio. Identify opportunities to improve reliability, reduce costs, and enhance building performance.
