Job Summary:

We are supporting this opportunity for a hands-on Mobile Engineer to help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems across multiple locations in the Raleigh area. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys varied day-to-day work, strong customer interaction, and supporting safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, monitoring, repairs, and troubleshooting across mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Travel between multiple facilities to support proper function and respond to recurring customer needs. Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, parts replacement, and performance checks. Support safe work practices by following hazardous material procedures, maintaining housekeeping standards, and identifying safety hazards.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience required, including experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification. Ability to analyze Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, determine causes of issues, and take corrective action. Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel. Valid driver's license.
