Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and troubleshooting mobile devices, including both Android and iOS systems. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, analyzing technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Mobile Phone Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' devices are functioning optimally. Duties Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, for both Android and iOS platforms. Utilize hand tools and soldering techniques to perform hardware repairs on mobile devices. Conduct software troubleshooting for various operating systems, including macOS and Windows. Provide technical support to customers, addressing their concerns and guiding them through device issues. Analyze schematics to understand device layouts and repair processes effectively. Assist in field service operations as needed, ensuring timely repairs at customer locations. Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions to ensure quality service. Collaborate with retail sales teams to provide insights on device features and benefits to enhance customer experience. Skills Proficiency in repairing mobile devices across multiple operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows). Strong soldering skills for equipment repair and component replacement. Excellent software troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently. Solid understanding of computer hardware components and their functions. Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems accurately and propose effective solutions. Experience with technical support roles, providing assistance in person or remotely. Familiarity with field service operations and retail sales environments is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective repairs.
