Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a skilled Mobile Engineer opportunity in the Buffalo, NY area, supporting commercial facilities across multiple sites. Our team is looking for a hands-on professional who can help keep building systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responsive repair work.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems at multiple assigned facilities. Maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and interior/exterior building components. Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, document conditions that affect occupancy and operations, and submit summary reports to management. Respond to emergency situations and after-hours building-related needs, while operating building automation systems and fire/life safety systems in compliance with safety procedures.

Required:

Minimum four years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with demonstrated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance experience. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel between multiple facilities is required. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft. safely and regularly. Availability for on-call duties and overtime as needed to support emergency situations and critical building operations. Strong knowledge of State, County, and City ordinances, codes, and laws related to building operations, with a commitment to full compliance.
