Our client, a global commercial real estate and facilities management leader, is seeking a Mobile Engineer 2 to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer 2, you will be part of the Facilities Engineering & Operations team supporting multiple commercial facilities throughout the Akron and Cleveland, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

$34-$36/hour (Contract-to-Hire) What's the Job? Perform maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and building control systems. Travel between multiple facilities to ensure equipment and building systems are operating efficiently and safely. Conduct preventive maintenance activities including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing equipment components. Monitor system performance, record operational readings, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal equipment function. Ensure compliance with safety policies, manage inventory and tools, and coordinate maintenance activities with outside contractors. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. What's in it for me?
